Main historical events of the company:

1987		ACCEL Sales Company established in Sweden.
1994		ACCEL Production Company established in Lithuania.
1995		First own designed product - fan speed controller launched.
1996		ACCEL Elektronika was one of the first companies in Lithuania certified according to ISO 9002 Quality Standard.
1997		New product group - recirculation flap actuator launched. Expansion to new building in Lithuania.
1998		ACCEL Elektronika was certified according to ISO 9001 and QS 9000 Quality Standards.
1999		New product group – single zone solar sensor launched.
2000		New product – multidirectional solar sensor launched.
2001		New product group – steering wheel switches launched. ACCEL was certified according to ISO 14000 environmental quality standard.
2002		New product group – Hall effect buckle switch launched.
2003		New product – dual zone solar sensor launched.
2004		ACCEL grew over 100 employees. ACCEL was certified according to TS16949 Quality Standard.
2007		New product group – Water in fuel sensors was launched. Accel grants two important patents within solar sensor field.
2010		Second generation of hall effect seat belt switches were introduced.
2011		Accel expands with a new production.
